Re:Tram modeefied progress

Here are some pics of a standard Corgi tram showing just how shiny they are. The open front/top canopy prototype tram has been cut from an all enclosed top deck tram using a repainted Southampton base and a scrap enclosed front top deck with windows cut way. I have ordered an LT open front double de...

OO Buses Way back when ...

Back in the 50s the long standing Dinky Toy bus the only option for Hornby Doublo. The photo is just to show how accurate a copy it was of the LT STL, the most modern bus of the 30s. Also shown is a repro box of 6x pre-war buses with one genuine blue version and post war repaints. These colourful bu...

Corgi Tram modee'fied...in progress.

Having acquired several Corgi London Transport generic 1/64 'toy' trams I discovered that the upper deck to one closed top version in red and white was damaged. Open top trams are available, but the construction is different so It's not possible just to alter from closed to open top car, most howeve...

Raw plastic locos and wagons ?

I find that unpainted plastic tends to make even 'toy' locos mostly dee'sturbing. A bit odd considering that I like 'toy' O 4 O locos! I guess I can trace this back to Hornby Dublo and metal locomotives and tinplate printed coaches and wagons. Actually, I am contemplating just spraying my 0 4 0s in ...

HELP Download Wordsworth kit onto Mac ?

I am not computer savvy, but I asked my daughter to download a Wordsworth kit onto a Mac, but all she got was code which the computer could not read.
It seems that she needs to convert to a pdf?
Does anyone have any advise?
Thanks.

Little Brown Train-complete !

My abiding thoughts of trains in the 50s is of dull and brown, but I thought that of everything,to be honest, except those red LT buses !! Maybe this has influenced my toy train components, but It's more ASD liking nothing jarring, and fitting in to both a street scene and a country area, without the...
