Re: My next project , micro shed diorama.

Well today was Exhibition day , pleased to report it was a success ; as you can see I had it set up for operation by visitors. As you might imagine it was a hit with the children ( who were all very well behaved and were surprisingly attentive and careful while operating ) I also received a lot of t...

Re: Col_Kilgore's Famous Trains workbench

Looks really good, as skyblue said, the curves at the end work very seamlessly. I know you said you didn't fancy doing rivets, but you can get them in long strips - like transfers AIUI, so you put a whole line of them on at once, might be more manageable. the presence of rivets really does lift wha...

Re: Col_Kilgore's Famous Trains workbench

Re: Col_Kilgore's Famous Trains workbench

The lad's a scenic genius, I wouldn't be surprised if part of the baby buggy made it into the bridge ! You weren't tasked, you volunteered (under pressure). Well , high praise indeed , although I wouldn't go that far  Anyway some more progress on the bridge ; DSC_0259.jpg DSC_0262.jpg DSC_026...

Col_Kilgore's Famous Trains workbench

I have recently had the good fortune to be invited to contribute to one of the layouts run by Famous Trains in Markeaton Park , Derby , so I thought I would start a thread on any projects I get to work on.
