The issue is not about speed, but that at 70+ on DC that the TTS sound loco stops and then when you reduce the power slightly is starts again.
I have never seen this problem before.

Hornby TTS Models
Hello Can someone with a Hornby TTS model please test for me if it runs at 100% DC power without any problem. I have one which runs 100% on DCC and 100% on DC with a blanking plate, but stops at about 70% power with the TTS chip fitted. Both I and Hornby have none in stock at the moment to test. Simon

Just for information. We have noticed that many new Airfix kits are now made in the EU and Humbrol Paints are now made in the UK along with all the quick build kits.

Re: Hornby 2014 speculation thread
There are no RRP's anymore which means that the Hornby website will be the defacto RRP. We are all waiting for more information. I see problems for small model shops.

Re: Hornby 2014 speculation thread
The great goodbye is a new range of models. They will produce 510 of each and give customers the option to get a free display case just like the Great Gathering Set. Its a way for Hornby to make more of the same models without increasing the limited number for the first batch by simply changing the ...

Re: Elite Controller with 1.41 Firmware Upgrade
I updated My elite using a 64bit PC running windows 7 and had no problems. It worked just the same as with XP. I do use it with computer control from time to time and it also works great. I agree that the 1.4 upgrade was a massive leap forward and has massivly improved the use of functions. I have h...
