Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

Two versions of a Little Chef Restaurant and also a McDonald's Fast Food are available
from Kingsway Models http://www.kingswaymodels.com/page24.htm
An example of Pizza Hut can be seen at https://www.trainmaster.ch/X-574.htm

Hope this helps.

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

Perhaps some of these windows if resized and printed on clear acetate could be adapted to fit the new church.

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

Hi Mike,

Just wondering if you are planning to include acetate windows with these new additions to the Wordsworth range?

Post by will100 » Sat Mar 10, 2018 1:47 pm Can you share your experiences as to which printer gives decent results without being too ridiculous on ink costs ? Re: Wordsworth - 00 Loft Layout

My alternative method and no reflection on Mike's choice to use imgbb.com I found the upload to and subsequent transfer from Flickr extremely simple, and once the resulting BBCode was reduced in size to https:// . . . . . . . . . . . .jpg it was a relatively easy task to replace the old PB code with...

Re: Look out Flickr here we come.

All my previous photos that were stored with the Bucket have now been transferred to Flickr. To alter all my previous photo entries on the Wordsworth Card Kits section of the forum with the replacement links took quite a while but I do feel is was worth the effort. Hopefully I've added them all in t...

Re: Look out Flickr here we come.

To quote Tony (Lysander), Flickr is indeed somewhat "clunky" but until the situation changes or something better comes along, I'll be staying with it for now. btw. Has anyone else noticed a significant change when loging into the Photobucket website? (If anyone still uses it ) It appears t...

Re: Look out Flickr here we come.

Lol - just another case of "if at first you don't succeed . . . . etc"
I usually complete that with "give up - you're wasting your time"

Happy I was able to help.

Re: Look out Flickr here we come.

Due to all the advertising Photobucket was a slow process and Flickr took me a while to discover how to transfer a photo to the forum, but it looks like I got there eventually. A steep learning curve for someone of my ripe old age. My thanks go to John (Bufferstop) and Tony (Lysander) for replying t...

Re: Photobucket 3rd Party Hosting

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Mike's photos were deleted before he was made aware of this current problem? Other than "flying scotsman123" how many other members have had thier existing photos removed from the forum pages? Is a migration to Flickr the sensible short term an...

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

I've deleted all my photos that were stored with Photobucket and will now be starting afresh with Flickr in the hope that they continue to receive free hosting for the foreseeable future. A new start can sometimes be a good thing, so perhaps Photobucket has done me a favour. Back in business thanks ...

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

Hi ianb26,

Fast Food Restaurant kits are available at very reasonable prices from John Howe at http://www.kingswaymodels.com/index.htm.
There's a choice to build McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut or a superb representation of a Little Chef. I hope this helps.

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

Hi Mike, Thank you for all your complimentary remarks on my recent test build of your 3 lane engine shed. It was a pleasure to construct and I was pleased that I could take some of the current pressure from your already demanding personal workload. If and when you require similar assistance I will b...

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

Hi Mike,
Re: Little Montford Platform Sections.
Pages 2 and 7 show the (double edge) platform covers and their matching ramps,
but page 1 (single edge) platforms appear to be missing their (single edge) ramps.
Do we require a page 8?

Re: Wordsworth Card Kits - FREE downloads

I found it on the railside part of your website rather than townside, is that correct? All previous Wordsworth factories and warehouses, whether full size or low relief have been in the Rail Side section of the web site. So I guess that was the sensible place for this new warehouse rear wall. A fai...
