Help with DC wiring

Hey guys, i wanted to run this one past you all as my mindset is very DCC  Anyway a friend of the family has set up this layout for their son, they are having issues with locos not making it all of the way around the loops and suspect power issues - they have asked where they should be placing ...

Re: Newbie - Looking For Advice

When I started in the loft the first thing I did was boarded below the rafters, I soon discovered the maximum size of anything that would fit through the hatch. If you don't want to rip it all up should you have to move, keep the baseboard sections small enough to go through the hatch. Thats a good...

Specifically where are you planning on putting the baseboards and how wide are they going to be? E...

https://hattonshobbies.com/ for anyone who's interested I don't think its that bad, i will be honest i don't like the fact they are chucking in preowned with the new stuff but they do it on the current website anyway. If i wanted preowned i would click on that section! You can filter down the resul...

Re: Dapol factory fitted DCC sound announcement

It would be interesting to see the percentage of models sold with & without sound

It could have been an easy decision if the sales are low, especially if they would all move over to buying the non sound model anyway

Re: I'll be back: return of the Midland Beyer Garratt

It will be interesting to see what changes the new ones have and if they make much of a difference, i now have room to consider one but after all the reported issues last time around its putting me off & makes me wonder how many others will be in the same situation.
