We have been playing with it and not "finishing" it

too many train days and no modelling days

Adam likes to drive the police cars along the platforms and track than do a bit of ballasting

I don't blame him ballasting is a pain in the a...e

Don't you just love it when some one calls to see your layout unannounced
Only for it to let you down with a sticking point

I followed this topic wondering how many of the kits would actually be completed.

Are there any finished and painted as per the pictures in the first mag showing the kit finished ?
