Had this happen to me look to make sure the con rods are not catching on the plastic just had to file the slot bigger and all was fine

Thanks for posing the video, i am supprised that the Cricut Air cuts 1mm plastic. If you could post the settings that would be great. The Maker has not got a pre-defined setting for that, in fact if you use the knife blade you cannot modifiy the settings at all, i have asked support for some setting...

Using inkscape i made a 50mm box and imported it into cricut design space the size was changed to just over 20mm. took the png and printed a copy onto plain white paper on my mono lazer to check the file was ok, measured the box at 52mm. 1 God only knows why the imported file into...

I use Bootstrap at https://getbootstrap.com as the progamming language and Adobe Brackets as the editor both of these programs are free and activley updated. You can see the results on my websites as listed. Just a thought to kick of the process.

It will depend on the software for the cutter, if it can import from PDF then it's easy, otherwise you will have to convert twice, PDF to JPG (or BMP etc.) and then into your cutter/plotter driver. Are you going to mill the insulating gaps or draw the tracks with etch resist, then dunk them in the ...
