Only restrant cars were clerestory on the LSWR . I hope to return to this project at some point made a bit of a bodge of the cut n shut .

Intresting kit pity thay did not do in plastic as some of Ks rolling stock were in the late 70s.

Done some more work on this project after 2 years ! got the bodies glued together and ready for filling need to make the roof up for the brake 3rd. sorry the photos a bit rubbish

I think thay where phased out in 1977 to be replaced by the GWR 101 in 1978 and smokey joe stated life as the caledoian pug in 1980 thay are more like a slot-car that runs on rails doing about 300mph with no pulling power . Nellie is king of 0-4-0s.

Lima class 20

Hello can any help with any any ideas to get a lima class 20 run properly .i have 2 and that run like a pile of crap.

I have two of these locos the blue Nellie and the final 1976 sliver seal version , far suprior to the modern 0-4-0s

50p ! can't belive that Hornby have revertied to using the crappy 1974 tooling instead of the old lime model
