Re: Double Loco Lift.

I did purchase the Proses powered railer and it is fantastic.

Perfect for removing locos and putting the BIG toys on the track :D 8)

Yes I have some spare. You will need the power track too and the connecting cable, I have them as well.

Re: Double Loco Lift.

Thank you.

I shall investigate the loco lift modification but would probably use a strip of wood to give some side protection.

I think I will have to get the Proses powered railer as it would help with my articulated locos.

Re: Old Ballast.

Some have said use a mix of water and washing up liquid. Same as you add to PVA when gluing ballast.

My intention is to go back to baseboard level.

Old Ballast.

I have acquired a very nicely made used layout. Unfortunately one of the points and a section of track has been damaged and needs replacing. The track is not pined but laid on soft-board/cork, then glued down and heavily ballasted. How do I remove the damaged track without doing more damage to the t...

Re: Double Loco Lift.

I do not have the skills or equipment for that.

Joining two together would solve my problem very quickly.

Double Loco Lift.

I am looking at the PECO loco lift and wondering if I can join two together :?:

Some of my American locomotives are 20" long. They have delicate details so I try to avoid handling them.

Re: Lenz LS-150 independent point operation.

Thanks, I will look into those options.

I was hoping there was a plug n play control panel available.

Lenz LS-150 independent point operation.

I got a second hand layout that use 2 Lenz LS-150 decoders operating 9 PECO point motors running off a single Lenz TR-100. My operating system is a Gaugmaster Prodigy Advance 2. I operate the points using the accessory function and it works very well. But I would like to operate the points interdepe...

Re: Lenz Digital Plus LS150 not accepting programming

The transformer is AC 16v as supplied with the Hornby train set controllers.

I cut the end off and fitted a connector block.

Will look on eBay.
