Aye, I most certainly will be.

Couple of days to go till the Swanage Gala, both visitors have now arrived, and I shall be heading south this afternoon, looks like I shall have a very pleasant afternoon on 6695 Friday, just playing with the Goods train, like it should be :D

Re: Port Erth; Progress, Workbench and General Photos

How did you polish 5542's handrails? Merely with a small piece of fine grade wet 'n' dry, the handrails are metal anyhow... Right, a little update, firstly, I've been weathering locos for an SVR colleague of mine, namely his Ivatt 2 and Ivatt 4, I have a Super D and a 'Dubdee' left to do over the w...

Re: Port Erth; Progress, Workbench and General Photos

I use a mixture of paints, Mainly Railmatch underframe dirt, or Sleeper grime, perhaps with some dark rust or chocolate brown, it depends on my mood or how weathered I want them to be :) Got a couple more photos today too, both resident and visiting locos: https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphoto...

Re: Port Erth; Progress, Workbench and General Photos

3205 started life as 3202 (I think) which was in BR lined green, the lining was then stripped off, and etched plates were attached, as simple as. :)

Mod Edit: Misuse of the Quote Button.
