Maybe check the Blanking plug is seated properly, otherwise a solder join may have come loose,,,

It's been a while since i posted any progress on milton yard so i thought i'd post a little catchup,,,,, landscaping and ballasting are almost complete, scenery for the back of the layout aren't decided yet but the ideas are bubbling away, a third rail will be installed eventually i've cut up litera...

There uses to be a scrapyard in Elgin down the road from Lossiemouth next the station that had many an RAF fuselage or wing sitting around, an aircraft scrapyard is a wonderful break from the norm of some class 50 front ends and assorted railway bits,,,,

really lol, missed that, and i missed it being a shackleton which is really bad as i spent my boyhood at the end of the runway at RAF lossiemouth watching them,,,,

ive ordered three decoders from them in the early hours of thursday morning (payday) and they have all three arrived on my doorstep friday morning well packaged,,,,,,,, and i shall be ordering more in the future from them,,,

So what do people foresee regarding growth in our gauge? Will it happen, how will it happen, what is the future..........??? G. one thing i do see happening in the future is wider recognision of the features of DCC and RTR DCC sound fitted locomotives appearing, may not happen right away but it has...

Strangely I don't think I'm wishing for any loco's this year, I think a 33 and an 2 EBP are probably just over the horizon. I have two simple wishes, first of all new mk2 coaches on par with the new mk1's we have and the mk3's too. And a commercially easy to source code 40 third rail and chair simil...

i used a cocktail stick for brush springs in the same principle, i did manage to ping one still, but out of inpatience more than anything else

if you go down the plaster route,,, colour the plaster grey so when sanding down you aren't always exposing white underneath,,,,, i learnt the hardway on this i have a plaster tmd base on my layout in N gauge
