There was a shop selling Hornby and Scalextric (Wasn't a model shop) in Merthyr Tydfil but that only lasted about a year, It is now a clothes shop

Hi guys. I know some people will think this might sound stupid but I was given an Intercity 225 set by a friend the other day and as I have no real interest in using Electric locos on my layout (When I get round to having it) I was wondering if anyone here would have any idea how I could make it app...

They are reopening the line near me between Bicester and Bletchley with a direct line to Milton Keynes, Going to be some work to get it to MK as this would need a spur built get there. Good to see the line reopening though

They are reopening one near me as well, The Oxford to Bletchley line (AKA the Varsity line) is being cleared of vegetation and the old tracks assessed

I live near here and saw this, There were quite a few fire crews there, Glad nobody was hurt.

There is talk about reopening the line between Swansea and Mumbles but I doubt it would happen, Too many Nimby's around to stop it happening plus there is the cost.
Would be nice to see though.
