Re: Accurascale to announce UK OO loco at Warley

I notice that Revolution are manufacturing a range of JNAs, the cheapest at £37.00. A very similar product by Dapol IOA Wagon is £22.50. Re: DRS Class 68

Interestingly if you look on the page for the Class 68 it states:-

'In Tooling Now. Awaiting permissions before confirming models.'

Outof curiosity, whywill one of those liveries disappear?

Looks as though this is unlikely to happen as it's still showing in CAD/CAM on the Dapol website and I presume the focus has been on the Class 73.

Re: Lima HST Body onto a Hornby Upgraded Chassis

The Hornby (ex Lima) R2707 railroad upgraded mechanism & chassis is a straight swap with a Lima Body, is DCC ready and you get a half decent HST at a fraction of the price of the completely retooled Hornby HST. Hornby released the railroad version as a twin power/dummy car pack in Virgin livery...

Lima HST Body onto a Hornby Upgraded Chassis

Anyone done the conversion ?

I'm thinking of upgrading my FGW Fag Packet Power Cars...

Just wondered if anyone has attempted the change and found any obstacles..

Re: New Class 52's

I have purchased two, they run really well and look really good in front of a rake of maroon coaches. However I detailed mine and then had to remove bit by bit around the bogie areas to see what was causing the derailing. DRS Class 68

Dapol have announced in this months Model Rail that they will produce the DRS Class 68.

No launch or release dates given..

Also the Low Liner IDA Wagon, similar to a spine Wagon.

No confirmation of the Class 88, but it would seem likely to follow.
