Model Railway Scenery Review - Police Box

Review:
The Hornby Skaledale Police Box doesn't have loads of high
quality detailing but it's not required.
The
detailing on this Skaledale scenery piece such as the small sign
on the door to show it's a police telephone and instructions on
how to use the police box is all that is required to make it
look realistic. The colour blue shown on the image above doesn't
represent the actual colour of the police box. It appears to be
a much darker blue. The bars on the windows appear hand painted
but are not painted that well (on this particular model being
reviewed) which is a little disappointing to see up close, but
added to your layout or viewed from a distance this little area
of poor craftsmanship isn't noticed.
This is
a lovely scenery piece to add to your model railway layout as
either a police box if being modelled around that era, or as the
police box used by Dr. Who to add something different to your
layout.
