Hornby LWB Tank Wagon (Water) Review

Not Recommended - It is not recommended you purchase this model unless there is no other option. These models have major limitations and are lacking in even the most basic mechanical or detailing features. For a railway model to be "Not Recommended" a model must score 3 or less. LWB Tank Wagon (Water) (R6081) Rating 1/10, Costs too much for no detailing and poor running.

Hornby LWB Tank Wagon (Water) R6081

This model had a solid chasse with very little detailing. Hornby couldn't have done less with this if they tried. It very little paint and plastic wheels. It runs ok, but is really too light to be run fast or any where other than the back of the train. When placed in the middle of a train it is simply pulled off by the weight of the wagons behind.
